biscuit gallery Over/Under is a new location opened by biscuit gallery, a contemporary art gallery in Shinjuku, Tokyo, along Tennis Court Street in Kyu-Karuizawa, Karuizawa, Nagano. The two-story building houses an exhibition space on the first floor and an artist-in-residence facility on the second, with exhibitions and residencies as its core programs.
