About DMs (Direct Mail)
biscuit gallery creates DMs.
・Postcard size (100mm×148mm) ※If you wish to change the size or request special printing, please consult with us, and costs will be borne by the artist.
・Up to 100 copies can be provided ※If you wish for more than 100 copies, you will cover the excess cost.
・The main visual artwork image for the DM should be submitted 2 months before the exhibition period. (Printing will be completed by 1 month before the exhibition).

Artwork Information Submission
We ask for submission 2-3 weeks before the exhibition period begins. (For advance sales notifications). Specific deadlines and submission methods will be provided via email in advance.

Installation and Removal
Installation and removal dates will be notified in advance.

If you cannot attend the installation, please be sure to send us the exhibition plan in advance.
After removal, we will consult with you regarding artwork return or continued online sales on a case-by-case basis.
Exhibition Photos
Exhibition photos will be taken by the gallery and shared with you.
For artists not registered for invoice purposes, the consumption tax will be split 50/50 between the gallery and the artist.
Sales Terms
The artist commission rate for sales is 50%.
※For merchandise sales such as art books, the rate is 70%.
After the exhibition ends, we will issue a sales report for your confirmation. Please send an invoice to the address below.
Payment will be by bank transfer.
We will contact you in writing when payment from customers is completed.
After that, the process will be: you send the invoice, settlement at the end of the month, payment at the end of the following month.
