biscuit gallery will participate in “WHAT CAFE EXHIBITION vol.45：ON PAPER：Art and Print Market” to be held at WHAT CAFE from April 29 (Wed, National Holiday), 2026 to May 6 (Wed).

This exhibition explores the breadth of artistic expression through “paper,” one of the most familiar materials for artists and a source of ideas. We will introduce a wide range of works born from paper, including light-lined drawings, delicate prints, and three-dimensional works utilizing Japanese paper. This is the second time WHAT CAFE will host this exhibition, and in collaboration with 10 domestic galleries that focus on supporting young artists, we will display and sell approximately 500 works by a total of 49 artists.

In addition to artworks, the venue will also feature artist-made goods and publications, and some works can be purchased and taken home on the spot. This is an exhibition that also incorporates the elements of a market ideal for first-time art purchases. You can enjoy the diverse appeal of expressions born through paper, whether you are well-versed in art or have had limited opportunities to experience art until now.
