(1) For the consideration of contracts between artists and the Company
(2) For the promotion of artists and the sale of artworks
(3) For communications related to the Company’s business
(4) For other purposes incidental to the above
Job Applicants
(1) For consideration of hiring
(2) For human-resources administration after hiring and communications related to the Company’s business
(3) For other purposes incidental to the above
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In conducting its business, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except in the following cases.
(1) When required by laws and regulations
(2) When provision to a third party is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
(3) When particularly necessary for improving public hygiene or promoting the sound upbringing of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual

5. Joint Use with Artists
The Company may jointly use acquired personal information with the artists who created the works the customer has purchased.
(1) Categories of personal information jointly used: name, date of birth, contact information (email address, phone number, mailing address)
(2) Scope of parties jointly using the information: the artists who created the works the customer has purchased
(3) Purposes of use by the users
a) Management of artwork provenance, b) sending information about new works, solo exhibitions, group exhibitions, receptions, art fairs, and other events, c) responding to inquiries, d) other purposes incidental to the above

6. Access to Personal Information by the Individual
If the Company receives a request from an individual based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information for disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information held by the Company, the Company will respond in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information after verifying the identity of the individual by means such as a driver’s license or passport.
7. Deletion of Acquired Personal Information
When the Company no longer needs to use acquired personal information, the Company will endeavor to delete such personal information within a reasonable period.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Company may change this Privacy Policy by clearly indicating the date of change. Changes will be effective on the indicated date of change, so please review the latest Privacy Policy from time to time.
