Concept
I have been creating work based on the theme of dreams seen while sleeping and reality.
While interested in subjective, fragmented, and ambiguous spaces that cannot be shown to others, I have also begun to consider the relationship with the body left behind in reality.
One theory suggests that one reason we dream is to rehearse so as not to fail in reality. By simulating interactions with others in the space of dreams, a connection is created between reality and non-reality.
From this perspective, inspired by doll play, I began an approach to explore the nature of existence between reality and non-reality by creating motifs based on my own memories.
