Q. What is the largest work size you can handle?
We accommodate large-scale works of F100 (approx. 194×130 cm) and above. Using a dedicated HiAce vehicle (cargo length 2,815 mm), even large works including packing and frame can be safely transported laid flat.
Q. Could you give me a guide to your pricing?
Charges are added according to distance and work size. Within Tokyo, a single work up to around size 100 is ¥8,000 (excl. tax). Pickup and delivery time slots can also be specified. Please contact us for details.
Q. Is there compensation if a work is damaged?
We carry comprehensive fine-art movable-property insurance, covering accidents or damage in the unlikely event they occur during transport. High-value works can also be entrusted to us with confidence. We will explain the insurance terms in detail before you commission us.
Q. Do I need to prepare the packing myself?
We can handle packing and unpacking (optional). We prepare packing materials suited to each work’s characteristics, such as bubble wrap and wax paper. If you have any concerns about packing, please feel free to consult us.
Q. Can I consult you about installing or displaying the work at the destination?
Yes. We have staff with gallery exhibition experience, so we can assist not only with exhibitions but also with installation in the home. Please consult us for details.
Q. Are recurring delivery contracts available?
We offer a recurring plan for galleries via a monthly package contract. By building a planned delivery schedule around your exhibition cycle, you can use the service at a better rate than booking each shipment individually.
