シャイン・オン！キッズについて

認定NPO法人 シャイン・オン！キッズは、小児がんや重い病気とたたかう子どもたちとそのご家族が笑顔を忘れずにいられるよう、「心のケア」のプログラムを届けている団体です。日本で初めてホスピタル・ファシリティドッグ^®を病院に常勤配置した団体として知られ、ビーズ・オブ・カレッジ、シャイン・オン！コネクションズなど、入院中の子どもとご家族に寄り添う多彩なプログラムを展開しています。2026年に設立20周年を迎えました。

「シャイン・オン！アート展」から続くご縁

biscuit gallery は、2026年7月29日（水）から8月1日（土）まで当ギャラリーで開催された「シャイン・オン！アート展 ― 20周年のその先へ ―」に、特別協力として参加いたしました。

入院経験のある子どもたちとそのごきょうだいが描いた絵と、10名の若手アーティストによる「犬のいる風景」をテーマとした新作をあわせて展示し、販売収益はすべてシャイン・オン！キッズへ寄付されました。会期中は多くの方にご来場いただき、子どもたちの絵とアーティストの作品が並ぶ空間から、たくさんの言葉と時間が生まれました。

biscuit gallery は、アートが人と人をつなぎ、社会に小さな循環を生み出す場でありたいと考えています。今後もシャイン・オン！キッズの活動に伴走しながら、アートを通じた支援のかたちを続けてまいります。

About Shine On! Kids

Shine On! Kids provides psychosocial care programmes so that children fighting cancer and other serious illnesses — and their families — can keep their smiles. It was the first organisation in Japan to place full-time Hospital Facility Dogs^® in hospitals, and it runs a wide range of programmes for hospitalised children and their families, including Beads of Courage^® and Shine On! Connections. The organisation marked its 20th anniversary in 2026.

A connection that began with the Shine On! Art Exhibition

biscuit gallery took part as a special collaborator in the “Shine On! Art Exhibition — Beyond 20 Years —,” held at our Shinjuku space from July 29 to August 1, 2026.

The exhibition brought together drawings by children who had experienced hospitalisation, along with their siblings, and new works by ten emerging artists on the theme of “landscapes with a dog.” All proceeds from sales were donated to Shine On! Kids. Over four days the gallery welcomed many visitors, and the room where children’s drawings hung beside the artists’ works gave rise to a great deal of conversation and shared time.

Looking ahead

biscuit gallery aims to be a place where art connects people and creates a small circulation within society. We will continue to walk alongside Shine On! Kids and to develop ways of offering support through art.

Shine On! Kids에 대하여

인증NPO법인 Shine On! Kids는 소아암과 중증 질환에 맞서는 아이들과 그 가족이 웃음을 잃지 않도록 ‘마음 돌봄’ 프로그램을 전하는 단체입니다. 일본 최초로 호스피탈 퍼실리티 도그^®를 병원에 상근 배치한 단체로 알려져 있으며, Beads of Courage^®, Shine On! Connections 등 입원 중인 아이와 가족 곁에 머무는 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있습니다. 2026년에 창립 20주년을 맞이했습니다.

‘Shine On! 아트展’에서 이어진 인연

biscuit gallery는 2026년 7월 29일(수)부터 8월 1일(토)까지 본 갤러리에서 열린 ‘Shine On! 아트展 ― 20주년, 그 너머로 ―’에 특별 협력으로 참여했습니다.

입원 경험이 있는 아이들과 그 형제자매가 그린 그림, 그리고 10명의 젊은 작가가 ‘개가 있는 풍경’을 주제로 제작한 신작을 함께 전시했으며, 판매 수익은 전액 Shine On! Kids에 기부되었습니다. 회기 중 많은 분들이 찾아주셨고, 아이들의 그림과 작가의 작품이 나란히 놓인 공간에서 수많은 말과 시간이 태어났습니다.

앞으로도

biscuit gallery는 예술이 사람과 사람을 잇고, 사회에 작은 순환을 만들어내는 장소가 되기를 바랍니다. 앞으로도 Shine On! Kids의 활동과 함께 걸으며, 예술을 통한 지원의 형태를 이어가겠습니다.

关于 Shine On! Kids

认定NPO法人 Shine On! Kids 致力于为在日本与小儿癌症及重症疾病抗争的儿童及其家庭提供「心灵关怀」项目，让他们不忘记微笑。该团体是日本首个将 Hospital Facility Dog^®（医院设施犬）常驻派遣至医院的组织，并开展 Beads of Courage^®、Shine On! Connections 等多项陪伴住院儿童与家庭的项目。2026年迎来创立20周年。

始于「Shine On! 艺术展」的缘分

biscuit gallery 曾以特别协力的身份，参与2026年7月29日（周三）至8月1日（周六）在本画廊举办的「Shine On! 艺术展 ― 迈向20周年之后 ―」。

展览同时呈现有住院经历的孩子及其兄弟姐妹所绘的作品，以及10位年轻艺术家以「有狗的风景」为主题创作的新作，全部销售收益均捐赠给 Shine On! Kids。会期中迎来众多来访者，在孩子们的画作与艺术家作品并置的空间里，诞生了许多话语与时光。

今后

biscuit gallery 希望成为让艺术连接人与人、在社会中孕育微小循环的场所。今后也将继续陪伴 Shine On! Kids 的活动，探索通过艺术进行支持的方式。
