biscuit gallery will take part in “MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2026,” held from Friday, October 9 to Monday, October 12, 2026 (national holiday), in the Tennozu area of Tokyo. We are joining the special curated section themed “Weaving Bonds through Harmony (和を以て縁をひらく)” with new works by Sawako Nasu.
“Weaving Bonds through Harmony” is a special curated section in which multiple galleries come together to explore the possibilities of “en” — a way of rebuilding relationships while acknowledging our differences. biscuit gallery presents recent works by Sawako Nasu, an artist who has long depicted the quiet layering of everyday scenery and memory, creating a space in which each viewer may feel their own “en” gently unfold.
Throughout the festival, the Tennozu area also hosts the art exhibition “REFLUX,” two art fairs (“CO-CROSSOVER” and “MEET YOUR ARTISTS”), and live and talk sessions, all centered around Terrada Warehouse. We look forward to welcoming you at the venue.

Sawako Nasu
Born in 1996. Graduated from the Department of Oil Painting, Faculty of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts in 2020. Nasu captures fragments of daily life and scenes drawn from memory through restrained tones and delicate brushwork in oil. Her recent practice centers on the light that falls in the interstices between the individual and society, and between life and death. She has continued to exhibit both in Japan and abroad — in Tokyo, Karuizawa, London, Los Angeles, and Barcelona. In 2025 she was selected for the ARTS category of Forbes JAPAN “30 UNDER 30 2025.”

biscuit gallery는 2026년 10월 9일(금)부터 12일(월·공휴일)까지 도쿄·덴노즈 일대에서 개최되는 “MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2026” 중, “화합으로 인연을 열다(和を以て縁をひらく)”를 주제로 한 특별 큐레이션 존에 나스 사와코(Sawako Nasu)의 작품으로 기획 참가합니다.
“화합으로 인연을 열다”는 서로의 차이를 인정하면서도 관계를 다시 엮어 가는 ‘인연’의 가능성을, 여러 갤러리가 함께 제시하는 특별 기획 존입니다. biscuit gallery는 조용한 붓 자국으로 일상의 풍경과 기억의 겹을 그려 온 나스 사와코의 근작을 축으로, 관객 한 사람 한 사람의 내면에서 ‘인연’이 조용히 열리는 시간을 마련합니다.
