【News】Participation in「WHAT CAFE EXHIBITION vol.45：ON PAPER：Art and Print Market」
biscuit gallery is pleased to announce it’s participation in WHAT CAFE EXHIBITION vol.45: ON PAPER: Art and Print Market, held at WHAT CAFE from Wednesday, April 29 to Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
This exhibition explores the expressive potential of “paper,” one of the most familiar materials for artists and a fundamental source of creative ideas. The presentation includes a wide range of works derived from paper, from light, delicate drawings to intricate printmaking and three-dimensional works utilizing traditional Japanese paper.
Marking its second edition at WHAT CAFE, the exhibition brings together ten Japan-based galleries dedicated to supporting emerging artists. A total of 49 artists will present approximately 500 works, all available for viewing and purchase.
In addition to artworks, the venue will features artist-produced goods and publications. Selected works can be purchased and taken home on the spot, making the exhibition accessible for first-time collectors while maintaining strong appeal for seasoned art audiences.
