Concept
Yennie Kim Ebihara is a Japanese-Korean multi-disciplinary artist with a primary focus on painting and a BFA graduate from Tokyo University of the Arts.
Raised across Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan, her work is shaped by a critical, transcultural dissection of the social environment she resides in, the questions they provoke, and their relationship to personal identity. Through art, Ebihara seeks to cultivate dialogue, and the re-examination and re-learning of different perspectives.
